Design a Banner & Logo Based Off Image I Have

I'm looking for a banner (1200px X 270px) and an avatar (300px X 300px) to use with my new eBay store. I have an image that was designed for me that I LOVE but the designer has not responded to communication so I do not have the right to use this image - I'd love something similar if possible. Super Quick turnaround would be appreciated. Please bid with your best price for BOTH images and timeframe to complete. All bids without this info or full of copy/paste stuff will be ignored and not read!!
