Game Animation - Distribuition of Game Cards - Written in Flutter

I need a Flutter Programmer to develop an ANIMATION as attached video ****************************************************** Senior Flutter skills are absolutely necessary! Resulting flutter program must run in Android and IOs! ****************************************************** Please see attached video. I need a experimented flutter professional to write that animation. The animation consists of a distribuition of Game Cards The sound must be perfectly synchronized with animation The animation must be responsive (support mobile and tablet resolutions) Do not use any of resources on attached video or image. We will provide all resources! "N" (2 to 5) cards per player (the animation has two, but you have to parameterized that) "N" (2 to 9) players on table (the animation has three, but you have to parameterized that) 1 (one) Card Dealer on top of screen 1 fixed background image that remembers a poker table (you may need to use diferent resolutions of this image) The player on bottom of the screen is called "player". The others are called "opponents" (see attached image) The cards are dealt clockwise around the poker table, one at a time. Details: ******** Each element must be a separated widget!
