We are looking for a Designer to add to our fast-growing team. The Designer will be responsible for working on creative visual design for advertising and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
To be successful in this role, this candidate must promote and practice user-centered design across web, mobile, social platforms and print. This is a role that combines strong digital creative design skills with digital and print production support. The team environment is collaborative, entrepreneurial, deadline-driven and ambitious.
Work under the direction of the Art Director and within the needs of our team of designers to produce content based on established designs
Provide detail-oriented design production assistance to Dagger Creative Team in both print and digital media
Design within the established look and feel of Dagger’s clients’ established brand identities
Work on projects that include but are not limited to digital advertising campaigns, social media, website design, large format print production, etc.
Create detailed design specifications to prepare artwork for web development processes
Experience and Qualifications:
BFA or BA in Graphic Design or related field
3-5 years of agency design experience
Strong design skills and portfolio
Must have a discerning eye for technical accuracy
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Expert knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Strong familiarity with PowerPoint and Keynote
Ability to handle multiple projects without sacrificing quality
Passion for, and understanding of, digital marketing across varying platforms
Driven, resourceful, self-starter that takes initiative - ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
Ability to learn new design and media strategies applicable to specific projects and markets (Coachable with a positive attitude for learning)
