Hiring an Ongoing Wordpress Developer to Create, Edit, and Manage Numerous Websiets

Hello! We are a small web and graphic design business that creates websites for numerous small and growing businesses. Today, we are hiring a Wordperss developer who will be responsible for working on an ongoing basis for a variety of projects.
The amount of time working on projects will vary from week to week. Sometimes, the freelancer will only spend an hour or two making small changes to existing websites, other times the freelancer will spend 10-20 hours building a new website.
All of our websites are created with themeforest templates and the visual composer plugin. As a result, the freelancer will need to be skilled with those plugins to create websites that look nice but can easily be edited from the backend by someone with little to no web design experience. We will provide and pay for the Themeforest templates and the plugins (we already own a large amount) for your use.
Proficiency in English is preferred. In your proposal, please list existing websites that you have worked on (especially sites created with visual composer) and any comments you have. We are very excited to work with someone new and cannot wait to provide you with new projects.
