To consult and produce appropriate graphic and information designs by providing an effective reprographic design service whilst fulfilling the unique requirements of various stakeholders in the company. Obtain thorough understanding of stakeholder requirements by analysing the unique need (either verbally or as stipulated in a briefing template) in order to create and develop a unique design/sharepoint site/electronic newsletter. Provide specialist knowledge and support to stakeholders during the completion of all aspects of design assignments/desktop publishing jobs according to work order requirements received, within the agreed timelines and within costing estimates.  Create the visual components of various types of media, magazines and advertising elements by using a variety of online links and different graphic images by using multimedia programs such as Illustrator, Adobe In design.  Work independently on a project basis whilst remaining within the affordability of the stakeholder’s budget as well as within the scope of the project, covering the end-to-end process. Apply initiative and creativity from design phase up to implementation Upload final approved design data weekly on File Server System/external drives to ensure safekeeping and easy retrieval.
