iOS App Developer & Designer Needed for Health Tracking App

I am a guy with a great idea, and this is my first attempt at an app. I am seeking a skilled app developer AND graphic designer for an iOS app that will help certain surgical patients recover their health by using this tracking app. This idea is in the sketch and framework process. Skills needed: -- Skilled app development in a similar field or similar app -- Skilled graphic design to create a compelling icon and sleek look as part of a simple user experience -- Strong communication in English -- Strong collaboration and coordination -- iOS only -- Familiarity with project management and agile/Scrum principles -- Patience with a guy like me working on his first app This posting is to develop a working prototype of the home screen and one of the tracking subscreens. I plan to hire two or three developers for this project and have each submit their best work. I'll select from one of these developers to continue the project. Since this is just a two-screen prototype with basic data retention/entry/manipulation, I'll cap this prototype at ten hours of work. What can you do for me in ten hours? Future releases of this app will require data management, data manipulation, data transmission to the company via email, in app purchasing, in app messaging, and matching clients with mentors. Eventually the app will be hosted in Amazon when company processing, client matching, and messaging are required. The app will eventually use API's to consume data from partner applications such as MyFitnessPal. I will eventually select a developer/designer with skills that can support the vision for these future releases. I will favor applicants with strong feedback scores and documented experience within Freelancer with previous projects. I will also favor applicants who are individual developers, not part of a collective or team.
