NEEDED: Website that is a multilevel marketing network platform with both back end and front end. Thinking WordPress for front end - but need your guidance on that.
CONCEPT: a MLM Website that allows vendors to sign up for a fee with this MLM network and each sale from the vendors own website allocates $1 from each sale to the email associated to the purchaser from the vendors website. This auto-creates a position in the MLM downline on this new site and allocates the funds from that specific transaction ($1.00) into the downline as the logic directs it. This may need to be a monthly billed process if you can not figure out how to automatically allocate and send a dollar from the vendor's transaction.
1. Vendor Website signs up with my MLM network (to be created by you) to share profit from each sale on their website with the customers who made the purchase by auto entering them into the MLM network as a downline position holder.
2. Vendor makes a sale on their own website.
3. That purchase somehow autocreates an account and position in my site (too be created by you) where the funds are allocated accordingly. If the email used is already associated to an account in the MLM website - it will simply add another position in the downline for that email address (account). This would be considered a repeat customer.
3. Email is autogenerated from my MLM Site to allow the customer to finish setting up their account (if new to the MLM Downline) like formalize the USER ID, Password and payout info. If customer is an existing member of the downline - auto generated email goes to customer saying a new position has been added to their account.
This will be a forced matrix 8x8 system with full edits and controls by the admin including moving, deleting, editing and creating positions and accounts in the down line. It should be able to hold tens of millions of transactions and positions.
A member in the downline will be able to hold unlimited positions for each email they register with. They can also have unlimited emails / accounts - but each would need to be accessed individually with separate User IDs.
Full reporting suite for members, vendors and admin needed. What can you provide?
I don't really have a reference for an existing website - if you can find one - great! Developer can recommend existing software / mlm script that meets the requirements rather than develop from bottom up but that is up to you...I just want something that works and looks nice.
NOTE: This MLM Network site will not sell any product (other then Vendor Membership fees to join the service) but simply manage the MLM system for any vendor website who wants to sign-up (for a fee) and use our MLM network to help grow their sales. This site will then manage the MLM Downline. Payments to members will be via PayPal and other payment processors so integration will be needed.
Front end: this will be more informational as members can't sign up at website to join - they will need to make purchases at other vendors websites to join the network automatically. So a clean professional front end is needed to share details about the program- service provided...html or Wordpress? But will need member and vendor login access from the front end.
Payment terms: 50% up front, 50% upon completion and full testing, but this can be negotiable
Developer must be self-sufficient and creative. We do not have much more documented requirements than what is in this project brief. We can start logging more details but developer must take high level requirements and help define and design detailed level requirements on their own. We can provide hosting and logo.
