Portrait designs required for printing on t-shirts

Good day to you, I am in need of a very artistic graphic designer to translate a number of portraits into images that will be printed on t-shirts. The number of images required for this project is 7. If the t-shirts, with these images sell well, there will be at least another 7 images required to be designed. The images will be b&w (and shades of grey ;) portaits (you can include neck, and jewellery, if you feel it benefits the image, otherwise just face/ head area) of famous people done in a very specific form that, I believe, will look great. A couple of examples have been put in the files section, but neither are the exact result I am after, and this is where your artistic vision will come to the fore. The end images need to be mostly block black, while highlighting the 'core essense' of the image being worked from, along with greys, to create the desired outcome. It is very important that the end creation can immediately be seen to be the person depicted. As I could spend a lot of time trying to detail just what I am looking for, without success, I think it is best if you would be so kind to: View the emaxple images in the files area Use this to form your opinion of how the end result should look, and then Do a quick sketch/ mock-up of the image, in Files, titled Test-Image From your efforts, I will be able to get a great idea as to your strengths, your view, your thinking and your suitability to work with on this project.
