Realistic People/Character Creation (facial morphing/editing/sketching/merging) -- 2

I'm looking for a freelancer that has experience with creating ultra realistic people/characters either by morphing two faces together or taking features from other faces and mashing them up to create a new face. The face should be able to be positioned at different angles depending on the poses in the photo.
Ideally the face created should be unique, look very realistic and exclusive to our profile.
The idea is to create characters for a corporate company profile and corporate marketing. As the type of business we are in, theres fairly high staff turnover so we are usually faced with staff leaving and if their photos were used in the company profiles we have to remove them and it costs money every time. This is why we want to create generic staff that does not look like a getty fake corporate photo but more realistic and also incorporate one or two of our long standing employees in the photos.
You will need to have expert skills in the following:
- Facial Morphing and editing
- Expert lighting skills
- Photoshop
- Sketching would be useful
- Photo editing
- Expert knowledge of photo lighting, blending, settings, etc. Photo realism.
- Internet Research and image finding

Some anticipated questions:
1. Are we allowed to use stock photos?
Answer:
Yes you may. However, the faces used ideally should be taken from casual photos, then put on corporate bodies. The corporate bodies shouldnt come from one photo but rather taken from different photos to create a unique photo.
2. What type of background image do you want?
Answer:
There is a separate project on freelancer for the creation of a background image specifically for the characters to be put into. These are corporate photos so corporate backgrounds (clarification will be given as well as examples).
3. How many characters should be created?
Answer:
Ideally 7 people (3 ladies and 4 men)
4. How many scenes are the characters being used in?
Answer
1 x Group Company Photo
1 x Profile/Portrait Photo
1 x Team Photo
1 x Candid / Casual business photo
All characters should be in the Group Company Photo. Some of the characters in the Team Photo. 1 or 2 casual business photos and all characters to have Profile photos.
