Site Template Design - 2 Mockups

We have the need for a project involving the design of two website template concepts. This will be a simple graphic mock up of two possible site based around a site we will provide as an example. Once you complete the two designs and email them we will choose one, make a few changes and then have you convert the design into a webpage. The page must be heavily css-driven so that the styles can be used throughout the rest of the website.
