Upgrade Wordpress Website

I need a professional web designer experienced in Wordpress to help upgrade our website from one theme to another. I have already tried but run into some complications and with my limited experience, I figured it would be best to get some external pro help. The website is for Central Truck Center, Inc., a medium and heavy duty Kenworth and Isuzu truck dealer located in Landover, MD. The current site was put together using a purchased theme from [login to view URL] (Car Dealer v3.7) - to which some adjustments were made to customize it to a truck dealer (as it was originally built for a Car dealer). Unfortunately, those changes were not tracked, thus making it difficult to complete the upgrade now. Additionally, we are being required by Isuzu North America to have a landing page dedicated to their brand. So here's what I'm looking for: 1. Create a Child Theme and make all customization there, so that this current problem isn't repeated in future upgrades. 2. Upgrade the current site (using the Car Dealer v3.7 theme) to the Dealership v2.0 theme preserving all current functionality. Some core theme files will need to be modified, but from my experience these aren't heavy mods. Mainly a few lines here and there. 3. Build a landing page dedicated exclusively to Isuzu Trucks (we can discuss this further). 4. Exercise all artistic discretion to make the upgraded site aesthetically pleasing AND representative of a Kenworth & Isuzu truck dealership (i.e., all graphics should look good, of a high quality, and make it very obvious that we are a Kenworth & Isuzu truck dealer). Finally, I would like to collaborate with whomever ends up working on this project. We can chat via Skype, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or any other medium that doesn't put any pressure on you as you work, but allows for a near real-time exchange of ideas. I would also like to note that a budget hasn't been allocated for this project yet.
