Wallet with Chat option - open to bidding

1) It should have a login page able to login in different options, wechat, facebook, google, twitter, alipay, email, phone number and separate signup option from my app 2) It should have banking operation like deposit, withdraw and transfer as in airtel money , paytm, alipay and wechat 3) Transfer of money and receiving of money option should be available only for properly registered users with aadhar card, bank account, or credit card and for other country users must have passport registered with the app in common. 4) Other country people can receive and transfer funds to any country with a limit of only 500 USD a day with properly registered identity of passport and other identity of bank account from home country or the country he is working. 5) Registered people without bank accounts will be able to transfer only 50 USD per day to other countries from his available wallet. 6) Users without KYC will be able to receive or send only 50 USD per day from him available wallet. 7) Every user with proper registered bank and identity is eligible to receive 1.5% interest per month on his available balance in wallet. 8) Referring proper registered user will be eligible to receive 2.5% interest per month on his available balance in wallet (I will change this option in future). 9) Every transaction should be secured 10) Must have option to use this wallet to buy anything or pay for anything while shopping at any store or online or using taxi 11) Must have shopping option within app like flipkart, aliexpress, ola, uber, railway tickets, hotels, (this option is not important) 12) Must have chatting option, make friends, multiple video calling, multiple voice calling, group chat, group calling, share everyday moments with likes and comments all same as in wechat, 13) Share files, videos, pictures all same as in wechat 14) web based login as in wechat and whatsapp 15) Desktop version of the app to login only with QR code and no other options should be provided 16) Option to have Multi vendor e-commerce for proper registered users just like paytm have both options 17) Should have stickers sending option as in wechat and hike app. 18) Organs, Blood, food and clothes donars to few genuine foundation which I recommend. 19) All donars should receive digital identity card generated online instantly with QR code on it after filling all the information and acceptance let me know the approximate time and budget for it and what are other requirements to process further. Because currently nothing is ready and I have this idea to implement with better features. Your ideas are welcome to modify
