i want to design a web app to collection some data from users

hi , i want a site which collect some data and photographs from users.. and in the end they have to pay a small amount for successful registration .. (means i want to add a payment gateway) .. then they have to share our website on their social media .. .. (after all that process the will get email verification on their mail and then they get a unique no (for individual identification) could you tell me please will the cost you'll charge ? you have to do : 1) web app design & develop 2) payment gateway integration 3) secure the site with SSL (i'll provide SSL) 4) suggest me a best managed VPS provider 5) all data should me communicate through Cloud Flare 6) all users (members) that will signup with our website will be assign with a unique no 7) we may add a SMS gateway for better user experience (user will get an SMS with successful registration and their unique assigned no ) 8) you have to create a Dashboard for Admin panel (where Admin can manage all things ) 9)we will collect data (text only) while registration, then user can upload and lock their uploads (pictures) after registration in their panel or dashboard ..
