Wordpress Fash/Movie Intro page

I am looking for someone to help create and implement a movie intro page to our website. I would like for it to be compatible with the following formats of browsers MP4 and WebM or OGG. I would also want this to play in a mobile browser as well. We will provide the content for the intro including video, audio, pictures and logos. We would like for our logo to be displayed followed by a video with music. After it plays, user will be redirected to website. User will be able to skip intro as well. We would also like for the website to remember or use cookies to only play the intro on the first user visit and not subsequent visits.
