Most important site should load very fast, use a compressor or something in the theme that despite putting a youtube icon, images etc the front page of the site or any other page/ link in the site opens fast- most critical component

Make it completely adwords ready, put up adword or admobi or any other revenue generating setup in such a way that it attracts and at the same time should not be a disturbance to the visitor of the site.

The site structure should be designed in SEO ready format.

You can use these shades when you design the log, background to be white colour, soothing to eye colour, not too dark colours

II. Appearance

On the front page there should be around 10 blogs, latest on the top with first 2-3 lines and a STAMP SIZE image replica from the original blog image, blogs to be categorized

On the side panel there should a place for 4 image/section where we will put up our recent highlighting events- webinar, youtube video, latest article, quiz etc

APP look- mostly the stuff on website to be on the app, once we setup the initial phases of website, the app design and functionality will be finalized and shared with you
