Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I need a fare calculator that I can add to my website that calculates per mile, min, % and show results with Google maps with 3 route options cheapest, shortest and fastest. If customers chose to book I would like for the button to pop up after estimate fare button is clicked something ajax and js would probably enable, so that way customer has the option to book it. If pressed book now need a Form with customers information then next button to payment processing credit car processing but I want all this tout stick within same page without opening new pages. This fare calculator with only be used for 2 vehicle types sedans and suv's so if customer needs a sedan I would like to show both SEDANS SECTION CONTENT WITH TOTAL PRICE AND OPTION TO BOOK WHATEVER THE CUSTOMER NEED WETHER IS A SEDAN OR SUV, and would also like for customers to be able to create an account so their trip can be saved to their user account with payments made and invoice copy for future reference.
