Build MS Word Creater Website - Google Docs

Hi I need a template generator that puts together a word text based on the chosen options. same like [login to view URL] It is mainly an if-then-else function. I would like to be able to chose myself, whether the next field is: [login to view URL] enter a name 2. to chose yes/no 3. or chose from a dropdown. Mainly there are this three fields. I want to have an easy CMS where i can add new fields. At the end, a MS Word and a PDF document will be created based on the chosen options. The different texts for the options i will set myself in the CMS. I would prefer to have it built in html5 or ewven wordpress but also happy for other codings – website must be RESPONSIVE. The final word and PDF Document shall be send to client after he inserted his First and last name and his email, with my emailadress in “cc” The word document and the CMS must be able to do: 1. Automatic numbering ([login to view URL] ) 2. Cross references, that will automatically change in case of subsequent changes ([login to view URL] ) 3. Table of authorities: [login to view URL] I think google docs api might be best, but open for other solutions.
