Adjustments in ASPX form

I have an ASPX form with a couple of combos and some text or check fields, and I need to: - add a few more fields - render the form with its content to send it by mail: * it's now rendering the empty form, without the text(options the user has selected * the list of option in the select tags, used for the combos, is rendering in full (instead of only the selected option) See it at anticipos dot colegiocanigo dot com.
