Create 30 HTML mailing templates based on fixed structure and sample

The bid MUST be for 30 templates. We have in total 180 templates to be made. So we will be assigning to multiple designers or adding extra milestones if you are awarded the project so you can continue work in this project at rate of your bid. We are changing our emailing system and for our clients we need to alter their existing template/mailing to the new structure. I have uploaded several files to Google Drive: [login to view URL] check these files before placing a bid 1) spread sheet ------------------- in the spreadsheet you can find ** poiId > ID of the client > also the name of the folder to work in for this client ** Sample URL: this is a link to the previous mailing sent > this must be applied to the 2) [login to view URL] ------------------- this is a template to start from : need to make changes to this HTML-file so that the result has the same style as the 'Sample URL' in spreadsheet once you have created several templates you can reuse templates which have similar layout / colours to save time 3) folder '11' ------------------- 11 is the poiId = the ID of the client the folder contains several files: ** [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] : these files are mentioned in spreadsheet and need to be used in the template ** [login to view URL] : this is the resulting ZIP containing the images and [login to view URL] for this poiID (DELIVERABLE) ** Mail [login to view URL] is the screenshot of the resulting template for this client after uploading the zip to our testing tool (testing tool explained lower) (DELIVERABLE) So per client you will get a record in the Spreadsheet and a folder on Google Drive containing images in the folder you will need to place the zip and screenshot upon completion Before uploading to Google Drive, you need to test the template changes made, to see if the result matches the sample Testing tool: We have created a script at [login to view URL] There you need to upload the zip-file (must be same structure as sample provided: 1 [login to view URL] file and folder 'images' containing images) You can upload and test your changes as many times as you wish, when the result is good (matches briefing in spreadsheet and same style as Sample URL), then take a screenshot and upload to corresponding folder in Google Drive Remark: Sample URL and screenshot will not be identical : due to different content or the structure of our new template.
