Redesign eBay Store & Split Into Two Stores

BACKGROUND:
We have two eBay accounts. Only one is being used at the moment. We sell two very different products. (1) wedding flowers and accessories (2) reels of ribbon.
REQUIREMENTS
We wish to take all of the wedding flowers and accessories and remove them from the live eBay account, adding them to our new, eBay account. The new eBay account would need to have a nice new store design (not the standard eBay store). The remaining store (currently live) would have only the ribbons and would need to have the headers changed to reflect that.
Basically, we're splitting the store into two separate businesses and re-doing the store designs for both.
