I'm looking for someone who can develop an application for my product (s).
The app shall be used for showing the milestones of our future real estate projects (we sell these catalogs at nominal charges) in a timeline format as found at

Features:
1. User shall be able to register on app (for free) -verification through Mobile phone/E-mail.
2. Navigate our projects, select one or more, add in cart and checkout!
3. See the purchase project in timeline format.
4. Admin panel to do these + upload new project details.
In addition
1. Support for more than 1000 simultaneous logged in user.
2. Highly secured transactions
3. To be hosted on AWS.
Complete code to be delivered as part of project.
I've chosen cakephp as I know a little bit of it and I can maintain the app in future. But if you think some other PHP frameworks can do better for these, I can consider them.
