Build an E-Commerce Website with already existing html templates and database

I want to create an e-commerce website. I already finalized the database structure and html development and started with the server side development using asp.net (vb). I need someone to help me with the development according to the way I work in (to be discussed later). the website includes the following: - homepage - products listing - product details - search/advanced search - register/login - facebook login - shopping cart - checkout (including payment gateway) - dashboard including addresses, newsletter, orders history - content pages everything need to be done neatly and should yield in the best performance. everything on the website will be ajax. I need the source code since I'll be working on the website too.
