The membership page is designed to allow the users to register as members of the library. A user can register with the library by providing some basic personal information through the membership registration form displayed on the page.
Once the users submit the registration form, a message should be displayed to users indicating if the registration was successful or not. Once the system verifies that all submitted details are in the valid format, the system should create a Membership ID for each user. You are required to use a function that creates a random number as the Membership ID.
If the registration is successful, then the users should be directed to a separate page that displays a message to the user and also display the Membership ID for the user.
If the user has not provided valid details, then the website should not allow the users to submit the data. Appropriate validations must be done for all fields so that the users do not submit invalid data to the system. Appropriate error messages should be displayed to the users if they enter invalid data.
To store the membership data you are required to use web storage. To register as a member the users must provide their first name, last name, email address, phone number and their postal address (The postal address can be broken down into address 1, address 2, suburb and postcode).
If the users choose to cancel the registration operation, then they should be navigated back to the Home page.
Survey page
• The website should also include a survey page that is designed to gather information from users. The survey should gather the information given below from the users. You are required to use the given controls for each item of the survey.
• User’s age - Textbox control
• User’s gender - Radio buttons (male and female)
• Favourite book category - Select control (Categories: Fiction, Science Fiction, Science, Management, History, Art, Technology)
• Rate this site - Slider control (Rate values to range from 0 – 5)

The application is to be built as a Web-based application using HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3 using Visual Studio 2013 as the development IDE
