Build website with node.js

Need a website built with node.js back-end, using express, pug & other tools as needed. Front end should be bootstrap and jQuery. Both will use an existing API to get data as needed. We will provide the API and any needed changes/enhancements to the API as needed to make the site work. This version of the site will be a home page with generic top and bottom nave and a mosaic of picture thumbnails that will scroll left and right (3 or 4 tall, as many wide as needed). Clicking a picture will show a detail view of the picture with some data. It will also include a user login/registration/profile edit set of pages/functions. The site should be responsive for desktop, tablet and phone. We will supply site artwork design in PhotoShop form, one for each desktop, tablet and phone. The designs include far more than we need to build right now, we will just use what is appropriate for this version. We need this done pretty quickly, in about a week, so please don't respond if you are not available. There is potential to do the rest of the site if things go well.
