Convert a Big Commerce website to Prestashop

I need to move from Big Commerce to Prestashop.
We will do the following steps:
1. Payment Processor integrations (ACH w/ Post API Card Processing w/ Post API Turn-around ) and integrating it with Quickbooks.
2. Customer Info / Product migration from Bc to Prestashop. (moving all customers and products that are there now)
3. Design / redesign (if above 2 are done we can look into changing the design) .
