Convert a Template to a Website

Website is already developed... just need two updates on it. It is developed on smarty so you must be an expert on smarty. If not this project is not for you.

Issues need to fix:
1. Product dropdown--> it will be 3 tier dropdown menu and must be dynamic so that when I add a product on some category from admin it will show on dropdown list. If require I'll send you the product menu lists... though it is already there within the database.
2. Slider : Slider is stopped working... need to fix it. May be some js conflict.
So freelancer/team must be expert on smarty and jquery... this is not a beginners project. So don't waste your and my time bidding here if you are not an expert.
