Build me a software which forwards the mail_-

hey, i am looking for someone who can build me a software in which we can login our any mail id's and every e-mail which come in those mail id's should forward to one of our mail id which can also be changed further if required, looking for someone who give proper prototype and working process of this project before finalizing the deal.! UI/UX should be the best and i want to connect that on my website drop a bid if you can do these?
