Looking for an expert in Umbraco. My project is to develop a secured portal for end users to browse information and download documents. Please see attached document. Key functionality: implement login/logout feature, secured navigation and content page to browse information.
Budget is small. I would like the tech to be an expert and transfer knowledge to me.
