Laravel Spark + Vuejs + Rest Api + Saas

We do require a team who can develope a backend and basic functions with including the given theme references.
Multi client management / subscription (but not with a payment module, Admin user can switch like basic etc.)
Client users with different kind of dynamic roles and permission. (as it is in Laravel Spark - saas starter kit)
Vuejs for data sync and page functions. (medium level - not too extra things.)
Users profile management / login page and some other fundamental pages such error messages - faq and help side etc.
Laravel Spark is mandatory - DB is not matter - mysql if possible will be appreciated.
No other deep functions required.
As a conclusion; Laravel Spark - Saas functions - Vuejs implemented - Data syncs with a rest api and reads json files - at most 10 pages guessing. Responsive desing but not mobile versions are much important for now.
Time period is not too long our dev team will continue after your works be completed.
