PHL Region 8 Health Facilities Map

I need a map showing all health facilities: 1. Each health facility should be distinguished as a dot. For example, Rural Health Unit (red dot), City and Municipal Health Office (blue dot), Main Health Center (green dot), Hospital (orange dot), and Barangay (village) Health Station (violet dot).
