PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE RESPONDING. If you ask something that is already written here, or do something that I ask you not to do, then I would know that you did not read the description. Then, it means that we cannot work together, because I need someone who pays attention into the small details. I am looking for someone to build/design a traffic simulator. It looks something like this one: [login to view URL] I was thinking to build in with javascript, but feel free to use programming language or animation tool, as long as: 1. It has to be customizable through a config file in a JSON format (e.g. number of cars, speed of cars, number of junctions, and most importantly the traffic light cycle). 2. It has to be embed-able to a web-based application. Interested person should send me 1-3 portfolios related to this. DO NOT send me more than 3 (I don't have time to review them). DO NOT send me anything else in your reply, if I like your works we can discuss further. If you don't have any relevant experience, but would love to do this project, then you should be able to show me POCs free of charge (to prove you can really do it). Otherwise let's not waste our time. THOSE WHOEVER DO NOT FOLLOW THE DIRECTION WILL NOT BE RESPONDED. Timeline for the project: 1-3 months Budget: 1500-3000 (based on skills and how fast you can work on it)

I don't have prior experience working on similar road simulator project. But I have 8 yrs experience in developing web application using JavaScript and related technologies. Hello, Yes, I've just seen your given road traffic simulator and I can assure to develop a similar simulator along with customization of number of cars, speed of cars, number of junctions, and traffic light cycle etc using JSON config file format.
