Need experience HR assistance

Hi Freelancer, I am going to hire 8 employees for my organization. All employee's experienced should have 1 to 2 years. The details of 9 employees are given below..... 1. One for the job role, HR cum Business Development Manager. She will work on finance as well. So having knowledge in finance is required. 2. We need 3 web developers. They will work in different LAMP based projects. 3. We need one web designer who will take care of designing of our web projects. 4. We need one SEO professional for digital marketing. 5. We need two Android app developer. I don't have time that's why I am posting this project. I need an expert HR professional who has sixth sense of about choosing right candidates and will help me to get right employees. She has to be so expert that she can judge a candidate's quality just by hearing their voice. Here are the things that's need to keep in mind while you will do the job...... 1. The good way of doing recruitment for getting quality software developers are; taking an Aptitude Test followed by a Technical Test followed by a Technical Interview and at last taking HR interview. I don't know how we can tests remotely. Because due to COVID-19 it is not possible to take tests by a campus recruitment drive. I think online exam platform could be helpful. But I don't know any of such online platform. You may have to search one. 2. A quality HR cum Finance & Business Development Manager can be got by taking an Aptitude Test followed by a Group Discussion and at last taking a HR Interview. We don't have test papers. You may have to collect or create test papers. 3. This project is for only female freelancer. You have to work full time until the job is done. It's not just one day work. It may need a month to complete. So bidding period should be one month. 4. If you are selected for the job, you have to sign an NDA agreement with photocopy of valid address proof.
