We need a development team to help us create an IPAD App. This app would provide the following, 1) Create an IPAD application which would allow users to fill out a survey. The users would be able to access the survey and fill it out even without internet connection. Once they filled out the survey, and once they are connected to the internet it would then sync with our website. 2) We want to be able to have an administrator feature to our website that will provide us with user analytics, create messages, updates, etc. so that we can 'talk' to users using the app. 3) Performance is critical
