Date Radar

What I'm looking for is an app named "Interested" that uses Geo-location of a person to detect other people around them that also have the app. What the user will do is enter their basic info (age, sex, sexual orientation, picture of themselves, etc. a user profile basically without any contact info). Then they fill out a contact info page with their facebook page, twitter, phone number, email address, etc. Then the user fills out what they are interested in (the age range they are looking for either older/younger/ or near the same age as the user, personal preferences like blonde or brunette/ tall or short/ etc., lastly they will enter the interests of the person they are looking for like if they were looking for someone who parties or a loner/ likes books or movies/ plays games or hike/ etc.). What the app then does is as you go throughout you're day it keeps track of all the people you were near that also have the app and were close enough to the things you were (taken from the part they filled out earlier). When the user checks that list of people the app marked for them they can look over their profiles and if any of them peak the users interest they can click a button at the bottom of the profile that says "Interested?". When they click that button the user who the profile belongs to sees that someone has taken interest in them and if they decide they are interested in them they can accept it and send out their contact info. Also I'd really like to have a feature that allows users to make dinner reservations, order movie tickets, or even send the other user a marked map location to show where they want to meet.
