Clone of an existing app with new features

I am looking for a mobile developer who has the following skills: - You speak and write fluently english (perfect english) - You are able to code the app in swift - You are able to implement an In-App messenger - You are able to build in phone number verification If you don't follow all of the above skills please don't contact me, thanks! ;-) Now to the project: The app let's users upload very short sound files e.g. the original sound of a famous movie quotation. And from this big database of uploaded sounds the users can choose from and can lip synchronize with a selfie video. Afterwards they can add text to the video and then the users can save their videos and share it with friends via an integrated messenger.
