Ongoing, Infrequent IT Charting/Diagramming Work

I am looking for a Freelancer that is skilled at making IT network diagrams for different projects that I am working on. The work will be infrequent, but from time to time I'd like to hire you to create a new diagram or update an existing on. I've attached a SAMPLE diagram of a network to give you an idea, but this is just for illustration purposes. I want YOU to suggest a cloud-based tool for this, so that I can setup an account and give you access. I will own the account and you will have access, so that I have access and ownership of all the charts. For example, we could [login to view URL], but you should suggest whatever tool you think is best. Your bid should include the specific too you wish to use. Any bids not including the specific tool will be rejected. You will be expected to understand basic terms, such as VMHost, VMs, etc. We will be paying hourly.
