Applescript + Automator folder action folder interacting with Adobe Indesign and Adobe Illustrator

I need to make an Automator Folder Action that does the following:
1) Action is ran when a .csv file is added into specific folder
2) Creates new folder with same name as the .csv file
3) Moves .csv file into that folder
4) Duplicates specific .ai file based on portion of the .csv file's name
E.g. name of csv: [login to view URL]; if there's 'FR' in the file name, it will duplicate .ai file called '[login to view URL]'. For csv called [login to view URL], it would duplicate file called '[login to view URL]'
5) Renames the duplicate .ai file and moves it into the created folder. Opens the .ai file in Adobe Illustrator
6) Runs custom illustrator script called [login to view URL] - this script includes dialog window that requires filling in and should be somehow handled from the script. It requires to fill in path to the .csv file as well as check few checkboxes
7) After the script it finished running, it should run few Illustrator Actions
8) Save the .ai file and close it
9) Duplicate specific .indd file based on portion of the .csv file's name
E.g. for csv called: [login to view URL] it would duplicate Deluxe.Indd. For csv called [login to view URL] it would duplicate [login to view URL]
10) Rename the duplicated indd file to match the name of the csv and move it to the same folder
11) Open the indesign file and relink document paths to the ones in this folder
12) Export PDF
13) Save and close indd file
