Items in inDesign to separate image files

I have an indesign file that has been created with a new logo and web template.

What I need is the logo, images, menus separateed out into high quality seaparate image files that I can then use on differnet stationalry and also that I can use for my new website.

The images have to be in high quality (Photoshop possibly) so I can then manipulate in the future and use in different aread.

There are also menu buttons that I would like extracted so I can use for the web. I would like the buttons modified so when they are used on the web the text is a blue by default then white text when mouse hover over.

I have an indesign file (see extract from attached file)

I also have an illistrator file that includes full logo.
