Want to buy Instagram developer account with public content API approval

Long story short, we were about to release our app just to find out that Instagram has stopped accepting new applications for public_content permission.

Our app is 95% ready, we invested a lot into market research and planning, therefore we don't want to give up just yet.

If anyone has a developer account with public content approval and doesn't use it anymore, please consider selling it to me.
