Private for ZOOM10: Posting to Classified ads websites

Task from 21/01 to 20/02 Please, READ CAREFULLY this project in order to make a correct bid. I'm looking for a COMPANY that could provide us with a classifieds posting service USING SEVERAL PEOPLE (this is not a project for individual freelancers). I will need 24 Hours posting 7 days a week. This is a continous work: I'll be testing you 1 month, then the job will continue for 1 year if your performance is ok. Organization of the work: - From Monday to sunday (7 days a week), I'll need: (all the hours below are GMT+1) - 1 people posting from 06,00h to 14,00h, this is an 8 hours work - 2 people posting from 14,00h to 22,00h, this is an 8 hours work-truly important to double the work in this timeframe - 1 people posting from 22,00h to 06,00h, this is an 8 hours work You can manage the team with some flexibility: for example it will be ok using one people posting 7 hours per day and another one posting 9 hours per day. If you want to work during the weekends with other people, you are allowed to do it. BUT you never can leave any hour of the day without posting ads. Amount of ads to post: around 350-400 per day per person working 8 hours. We are doing the posting now, then we know the amount of ads that could be posted every day. All the post will be checked (you'll have to provide and excelsheet with the urls of the posted ads). Very important: not posting penalties. These penalties are written here to let understand you how important it's for me having people posting EVERY DAY AROUND THE CLOCK, whithout any miss. Read please carefully: 1. If 1 person fails to post ads one given day: you'll be charged with a 3 days penalty for that person to be detracted from your monthly fee. 2. The second time that any other person fails: you'll be charged with a 5 days penalty to be detracted from your monthly fee. 3. The third time that any other person fails: you'll be charged with a 10 days penalty to be detracted from your monthly fee. 4. The fourth time that any other person fails: the job will be cancelled. You'll be paid the due amount and other freelancer will be selected. BIDDING Please, make your bid for 1 month for 4 people working in the stated timeframe from Monday to Sunday. Payments to be done twice per month, one at the middle of the month and one at the end. NO PAYMENT TO BE DONE BEFORE STARTING THE JOB.
