AdWords/Facebook Ads CPC Manager

Looking for a CPC Campaign Manager that can do the following:
- Create Analytics funnels/conversion paths and provide reports on ad spend effectiveness/ROI
- Slice and modify Google Analytics report and provide reports as required
- Do keyword research and track performance of keywords across Google (and preferrably Bing/Yahoo) judged by CPC as well as CPL (cost per lead)
- Implement display advertising (will be provided by our graphic designer) and place them across various website properties as directed - provide reports on their effectiveness vs. search engine ads
- Setup Facebook ads and track spending
- Setup email campaigns using our email campaign tool
- Setup A/B Split tests using a tool like Google Experiments and create reports on most effective landing page for conversions (as well as combining this with most effective keywords/traffic sources)
