We are looking for an SEO expert to do link building in order to get us page 1 ranking on our 10 keywords on [login to view URL] We are a holiday rentals company and our 10 keywords are related to holiday rentals in rome. We have 10 Keywords in total that we are looking to rank on page 1.
PLEASE do not send me packages, or Monthly Fee plans. I am only asking for a quote for what I need done. Also what kind of time frame would we be looking at? I am looking for someone to work with on a long term basis and if you can complete this project then there will be plenty more projects. We are looking to work with someone honest and on a long term basis.
Also to be clear at the moment we do not have a ranking on any of the keywords that we are looking to optimize for.
In regards to payment we are willing to pay based on results.
25% payments after all keywords in [login to view URL] are on at least page 3
25% payments after all keywords in [login to view URL] are on page 2
50% payments after all keywords in [login to view URL] page 1
All links MUST be on travel related sites We do not want any "COMMENTS SECTION" LINKS, or PROFILE LINKS.
All links must be PR 3 or higher
All of Google’s guidelines must be followed.
Just to be clear:
- No junk profile building techniques are to be used
- No use of automated software or bots
- Search engine friendly link pages only, no redirects, cloaking or other methods
- No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc.
- No link farms, traffic exchanges or link exchanges
Just so you know If any of the rules above are not followed or violated, payment will NOT be provided.
Must be very experienced, have high rating on freelancer.com. Please do not bid if you are new to link building or lack feedback as we will not choose you.
Also we want a clear outline on what methods you will use for this project & be able to communicate clearly.
Must provide detailed SEO techniques you will use & verifiable examples of completed projects you have done, BEFORE project will be awarded.
I expect updates once a week on an excel or spreadsheet
