Internet Marketing Expert for new Adult Website (Immediate!)

Background: We have recently set up a new adult/xxx website and we need an internet marketing expert capable of managing the strategies and actions required to boost our quality traffic, leads and conversions in a solid and stable way.

1. First of all you will have to do a complete analysis of our current business situation, including all the necessary things for situation assessment such as competitor analysis, keyword research, strategies that are using similar websites on our niche, etc...). This analysis will help you to do the next thing.

2. Secondly you will create the thorough marketing plan that you will follow to improve our business. This plan will include actions and goals on a weekly basis.

3. After the two aforementioned documents are delivered we will be able to tell you if we like them so you can start with their implementation or if you need to tweak some things. In this moment you will be paid $25 immediately for your completed work.

4. Implementation: At this moment you will start managing the implementation of your plan exactly as it is described, keeping track of your work in a professional manner with spreadsheets/reports and updates every 2 days. Some minor things such as article writing will be outsourced to other VA's, but you will have to describe their task and ensure that they are doing it properly their work so we can use it.

In summary, you will be the thinking mind, the person that we will trust to guarantee that a complete marketing plan is being implemented with 100% professionalism in order to achieve our goals.

Immediate Deadlines:

1. Two initial reports: Delivered in less than 24 hours.

2. First landing page: We need at least 500 free leads within the next 2 weeks.

3. Second landing page : We need at least 100 free leads within the next 2 weeks. (This ones are more difficult because we need real adult/xxx related workers that fill some fields with their real information)

Conditions:

*Capable of starting immediately and working full time on our project.

*English Native are preferred. Capable of acquiring our brand tone of voice.

*Must be highly motivated, competitive, and a self-starter.

*If you can not complete all of the things that we mention don't bid, we won't pay candidates that only want to work on a piece of the plan (e.g. facebook likes), we need an internet marketing expert that we can trust to manage full time our marketing actions and involve 100% on our project.

*No black-hat, only real, quality and responsive leads and traffic from US/UK/CAN/ will be accepted.

*You will have to keep track of every strategy, action or tactic you implement on spreadsheets or other formats so we can review them and verify that no black hat has been used.

*If you don't want to work in Adult/XXX niche related activities don't apply. We will highly value candidates that have experience doing internet marketing for adult websites, because the actions to be used are very different to those of other niches.

*No upfront payments nor hourly contracts allowed, we will pay first after the reports have been delivered successfully and after that we will start our collaboration paid on a monthly basis. No milestones will be created until the moment of release. If you don't like that conditions don't apply.
