We are about to launch a KickStarter campaign about a famous brand toy and we expect quite a few questions and comments on it.
We are looking for two community managers who can respond in ENGLISH AND SPANISH to any question the bakers throw. There will be a special training for them, and also a support team 24/7 to respond to all questions.
- responding all possible comments in the kickstarter community
- asking the brand manager any question you can't respond, so you get the answer to respond at that moment and in the future
- be available 8 straight hours on campaigns days... Just available to respond within an hour. It won't be that intense but need you as a backup so three people can cover 24hours/day
