My top hard skills are accounting, mathematics, planning, clerical, communication and computer literate. All of my hard skills I considered was enhanced during my days in work. My experiences of having a work gained a lot of skills. I have an experience as Accounting Clerk, preparing for the daily sales report when I was in Travel and Tours company. Also I gathered an experience answering the inquiries of our clients and preparing the Package tour based on the customers demand/request as well as preparing itineraries. Aside from having those hard skills, I am also having soft skills, which I know will contribute the organization I will work for in the near future. I'm a quick learner which will help me to adapt in any kind of environment. I am flexible, responsible, detail oriented and efficient as well.I can confidently say that i am fit for this job, I know how to deal with different people and different culture. I've learned not to focus on what i cant do,
i am making sure that there is option for the customer to make them feel that they are valued by doing this i know i can deliver Good Customer Service .
