Email Marketing & Copywriting Expert

I need 1 or 2 email marketing and copywriting experts to help me assemble and design simple but effective marketing emails for my company SMART, thesmartarchitecture.com.
We specialize in both professional design services such as 3d modeling, rendering, virtual reality, and CAD drawing as well as tutoring/training in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and the Adobe Suite to name a few. There are plans to add products for purchase in the future but the business is solely service based right now.
I currently have a list of roughly 575 potential clients I wish to pursue in a variety of different ways. This includes cold emails, warm emails, asking for mutual introductions, reaching out over positions I see they're advertising for, etc. I've developed starter emails in all the categories but I'd like with the following tasks.
- Developing more templates in MailChimp
- Develop a sequence of 5-8 emails or what you deem is the appropriate amount.
- Develop ideas of a "freemium" to entice users to respond to emails. I have a series of ideas I'm working on.
- General expertise in this area and the best practices for bringing in the best and largest amount of clients.
