PPC Ad Specialist for Digital Marketing Agency

PPC Advertising Specialist We are a 4yr old Digital Marketing Agency for Kickstarter Projects looking to hire multiple Paid Media Growth Hackers for our Tech Clients. We use AdEspresso to publish Facebook Ads for our client's Kickstarter Campaigns. Most important aspects of this job are: 1) BUILDING AUDIENCE: Quickly understand our audience and generate 8-10 Audience Types (sometimes many, many more!) 2) CREATIVE WRITING: Generate 5-6 Headlines per AUDIENCE TYPE that are sure to get their attention. 3) OPTIMIZE. OPTIMIZE. OPTIMIZE! Using Ad Espresso, Optimize your Client’s Ads every 48 hours by Image, Heading, Demographic, Interest, Behavior, etc to make sure they are performing off the charts! Should be able to dedicate 10-20hrs per week and handle 2-3 Accounts Each Account will require 6 hrs set-up (first week) and an additional 2hr/week maintenance. i.e. a monthly account will need about 14 hours of total labor [6hrs set up + (2hrs x 4weeks)] = 14 hours This is NOT an admin position.
