Moodboard app for iPad

I need an iPad app to design and save moodboards. This app should have the basic features of the existing "Morpholio Board" app (search it in the App Store).
The objective of the app to be developed is to be used by the sales staff in the stores to show combinations of the products they sell, for example putting together a mood-board for a bathroom by placing the image of a porcelain tile, tubs, washrooms, etc. It would be a basic environment simulation to help customers build an environment that pleases them.
Check out the link below (PDF file), which is the user guide for the "Morpholio Board" app, I have shaded in yellow what we should replicate in the app to be developed. What is crossed out is definitely not going, are design functions not necessary for now. Also, I have put comments in the PDF.

Additionally the moodboard design features, the app should include the following features:
1. This app should allow you to download the image catalog from the web backend, this would be through a REST API and links to the images on the web server.
2. Option to save the mood board in the REST API, so it can be loaded on another device. This function of save or open mood-board will require login, the other functions can be used without logging in. The save process should only include the definition of the mood-board, but not the images since they are always downloaded from the API.
3. Possibility that a browser (Safari or Chrome) on the iPad can open the app by sending a list of parameters. We have a web of quotes that use it on the iPad, this website will link to open the app and receive a list of product codes. With this list of codes the app must create a blank mood-board and the list of images related to those product codes, so that the seller can put together an idea of how those products would look together in an environment.
