i need a ios app with 2 pages/tabs

First page(will be webviw-like iframe that will show my site)

in my site will be some mp3 files when user click download they need to be saved on app(on second tab/page)

so there user can play/rename/remove/ the mp3

user can create folders (playlist) and move mp3 files there.

if user click play to first mp3 after that finish will start next

Also i need admob ads , banner and intersitial to be shown every 5 minutes.

also i need app to check a link (json file)

and will show a popup if there is any text , so user can just read that popup and cant use app if in that file is any text , example:
