Convert 8x10 second animations (in .flv format)and related graphics into Jquery script

We have 8x 10 second animations and graphics that are currently in .flv. To run on an app. We need someone with the appropriate skills in jquery to convert from .flv into jquery scripts, so that the app can run in both iPhone and Android operating systems.
